Joyce's 83rd Birthday
Yesterday saw my aunt reach her 83rd birthday. So a cake was made in her honour.....if truth be told, it was a trial run chocolate cake for the christening cake I am doing in a few weeks time. The results were good!!
Christening Cake
My current creation is for a christening cake for Imogen. I made a selection of toppers for the cake including the baby fairy asleep on a cloud, a teddy bear and a christening dress, along with butterflies and hearts. Imogen's mum has decided she wants the baby fairy along with Imogen's name on blocks with hearts and butterflies dotted all over the cake which is to be chocolate sponge inside. Also a tower of cupcakes decorated with pale pink, lilac and hot pink buttercream with glittery hearts & butterflies. Very girly!
Charlie's Racing Cars
Charlie had racing cars for his birthday cake and I have to say, I am very proud of these creations!!
All made out of sugarpaste and completely edible.
Halloween
I had seen a picture of this cake in a magazine and wanted to make it.....Louise who I work with was having a Halloween party.....perfect excuse!!

| Cake Pops |
Cake Pops - what a marvellous invention!! Great for kids parties. These were made for a children's halloween party and they went down a treat. They are a little bite of cake covered in chocolate.....yum1
Lauren's Fairy Princess Cake
This cake took me HOURS!!! From making the toadstools, to hand painting the butterflies with lustre dust, cutting out individual heats and covering them with glitter, the whole thing took days and thats not mentioning how long it took me to make the blummin fairy!!
All worth it though as all the little girls at the party were fascinated with the cake and what was on it
