Mothers Day Cupcakes

I had orders for cupcakes for Mothers Day at the weekend (thanks Kirsty & Ve, much appreciated!).  I did red velvet and chocolate ones with some of the chocolate ones having the flat icing topping.  I also made little tags to go on the boxes.

All in all over the weekend 72 cupcakes were made, iced & decorated!  No wonder I slept straight through a big thunderstorm on Friday night without even stirring!!  For the first time in ages, OH actually had cakes to eat at home!
